The question guiding my sustained investigation is: How do we express human emotion through art
Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Oil paint, Acrylic paint, Prisma color, canvas board, paper
As you worked was there anything you revised: I had to extend the Oil painting in the doorway.
What is working well in your piece?: I really like how the open doorway turned out!
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I would have given myself a little more time to work on the project. I also would have done some testing of the paints prior to working on then project instead of learning as I went.

Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Oil pastel, water color, paper
As you worked was there anything you revised: I was going to do all oil pastel, but I decided to do the background water color.
What is working well in your piece?: I like how the face of the girl pops with color in contrast to the black hair.
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I would have picked more blue toned colors to represent sadness more.

Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Magazines, paper,glue, scissors, colored pencil
As you worked was there anything you revised: I had to revise the materials used to color the designs in the background a few times and do trial and error to see what looked best.
What is working well in your piece?: I think its a very chaotic piece that is very interesting to look at. It pulls a different emotion from every body.
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I would change some of the designs i put in.
GUILT

Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Prisma color, oil paint, acrylic paint.
As you worked was there anything you revised: I had to revise the the designs.
What is working well in your piece?: I really like the eyes and the heavy contrast between blue and yellow.
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I could go over thr acrylic part of the sky with oil paint so it blends.
EMBARRASSMENT

Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Canvas board, paper, mod-podge and oil paints.
As you worked was there anything you revised: I had to revise some of the colors so that you could truly get the dimension of the eyes.
What is working well in your piece?: I really like the different colored eyes (yellow, pink and blue)
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I would change the background color to something that would contrast the eyes more.
SELF- IMPOWERMENT

Why you are interested in this idea: I feel that its interesting to see how the emotion we experience effects our creativity
The materials you worked with: Ipad, procreate, custom brush packs
As you worked was there anything you revised: I had to continuously revise the shape and look of the mushrooms.
What is working well in your piece?: I think the color combinations I chose really speak for the piece.
In the future, what could you improve, revise, or change?: I think i would brighten up the colors a little more and give myself more time to add more detail.
